Manique de Vette is a talented midfielder from AZ Alkmaar. Manique started her professional football career in the youth academy of Ajax. With her insight, technique, and passing, she was one of the important links in Ajax's talent team and was regularly with the first team. In her first year, she crowned herself champion of the reserve competition with her team. Additionally, the talented midfielder was a consistent member of the youth selection of the Oranjeleeuwinnen and successfully so! In 2018, she won the UEFA Development Tournament in Portugal with the Netherlands Under-16, in 2019 she finished second at the European Championship with the Netherlands Under-17, and in February 2020, she won the Tricontinental Cup in America with the Netherlands Under-18. In the summer of 2021, she made the move to Feyenoord, became an international for the Netherlands Under-19, and then transferred to AZ Alkmaar a year later. Since then, Manique has been a key player in the midfield of Alkmaar.
