Lakeesha Eijken is a fast winger for Fortuna Sittard and the young Orange Lionesses. Lakeesha started her football career in the youth academy of Ajax, where she was part of the Talent Team of the Amsterdam team. In the 2019 - 2020 season, she made her unofficial debut for Ajax. In the summer of 2020, Lakeesha moved to the Belgian top club KAA Gent. After two seasons playing for KAA Gent, she transferred to Standard Liege and then ADO Den Haag. This season she plays for Fortuna Sittard in the Azerion Women’s Eredivisie. Also, with the Dutch national team, the winger is a regular player in the youth selections of the Orange Lionesses.
