Ilse is a talented player for PEC Zwolle Women. She joined the youth academy of PEC Zwolle at the age of twelve. Through the Under-14, Under-16, and young PEC Zwolle, she made her debut in professional football in the 2022-23 season. This season, Ilse has broken through with the Zwollenaren and is a key player in the starting eleven of the club from the Azerion Women’s Eredivisie. In the summer of 2023, she reached the semi-final of the European Championship with the Netherlands Under-19 and the semi-final at the World Cup with the Netherlands Under-20 in Colombia.
