Eser Elmali is the current goalkeeper coach of PSV Eindhoven Women. The former professional made his choice in the summer of 2017 to stop playing professional football and focus on his coaching career and goalkeeper school. He started as a goalkeeper coach for the U23 team and since the 2018-2019 season, he has also been responsible for the goalkeepers of the main team. In the summer of 2023, Eser made the switch to PSV.

In addition to his current work at PSV Women, Eser has also established his own goalkeeper school. The Dutch Goalkeepers Academy has grown into one of the largest goalkeeper schools in the Netherlands in just a few years.

As a goalkeeper, Eser went through the youth academy of PEC Zwolle and played various youth internationals for Turkey. In 2014, Eser made the switch to FC Emmen. He made his debut in professional football in the cup match against SVV Scheveningen in 2016. In 2017, Eser decided to focus on his coaching and social career.
