Arwin Kalmarzy is a talented striker for VVV-Venlo in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. The physically strong forward is known for his nose for goal. Arwin began his professional career in the youth academy of NEC, where he started in the Under-17 and played in the Under-19 for the past two years. At NEC, he had good seasons and scored regularly.

After his time at NEC, Arwin made a step via Roda JC and Almere City, after which he transferred to Mes Rafsanjan, which competes at the highest level in Iran. In addition, he has experience as an Iranian youth international and played several matches during the Asian Under-23 Championship in Uzbekistan.

In the summer of 2024, Arwin returned to the Netherlands and joined VVV-Venlo, where he is currently active.
